Everytime the phone updates it stops logging in. Contacting support can only be done through chat. They obviously do not keep notes or are to lazy to read them. It normally takes about 1 hour to get them to just reset my password. Very unimpressed. Works well on the web, but the support is abysmal.

I like Trendmicro and have the security suite for 5 devices. It comes with Password Manager so I wanted to give it a try. Unlike the security app for Android this does not have a activation code menu option anywhere. After 1.5 hours with Trend Micro they linked it to my account but it shows up as its own entity, not as part of the suite. It can not generate a password while I open an account on a website. It is definitely not the most intuitive app. I'd hesitate to recommend.

I've been using the password manager for a little while and very much like having a Windows version and an app version on Android, that coincides with the two devices. If you need a password for a site click the app open, and search your information and it will pick it up on the Android platform as well as Windows platform. Takes very little time, logs into and also opens the password sites that you've set up yourself. Convenience is very key.

With over 100 passwords in my life this is a must have. Best feature is that you can export the data to keep a printed copy locked up and a digital in case the main one gets corrupted. And it detects weak and reused passwords. Secure notes is great I used it to leave important info for my family in case of death...unfortunately something to think about during Covid

When I scroll down the secure notes I accidentally mistyped and when I go back the mistyped words are saved already. Please provide users to copy without editing the secure note. You can also provide edit option which is required to be clicked before editing. Also sometimes autofills on apps or websites does not work smoothly all the times, it needs improvement there. At last provide visual appealing theme and graphics to the Password Manager app.

My Problem with your App at this time can only be solved by using Strictly offline methods. All of the passwords I have in other Applications are being transferred to one I have developed myself for only My Use. Since you are an App Developer. Make Your App operate on a sort of "Switch". In effect, if your Users choose offline, they would use that Switch making All Passwords/Sensitive info in the App Offline. If they want their Information saved online, they would choose the Online Switch.

Horrible experience. just wanted to try it out to see if it was worth buying but the free version is not even usable. If you want to import you passwords from another pwm they make you download the desktop version,but the desktop version does not even work. All it does when I open it is take me to a page instructing me to install the browser version which I already have, and you can't do anything else. And the browser ver didn't even work at first without jumping through hoops for 1hr.

Very happy with service this provides. Easy to use - easy password creation to defined character number. User friendly. Able to be loaded against multiple devices too. What more do you need? Recommended. Just beware when initially updating passwords multiple screens are needed to enable password to be changed in the service. Luckily once password is created in the Password Manager you can copy and move to other screen. The Password Manager is just that..you still need to validate in provider.

Very easy to use and does exactly what I need to keep all my password unique and complex. Works equally well on Android as well as desktop with no issues experienced over the last 5 years I have been using it. Very successfully using fingerprint recognition to access.

Works awesome most of the time. Occasionally it glitches in the web browser, but normally corrects itself in a minute or so. Very handy syncing across devices. 140+ passwords, all strong and none the same, not humanly possible without the help of this application.
