Already one the best browsers in the entire store. Speed, navigation and acessibility are all great. The only real(as of early 2022) downside is the lack of options regarding extensions, otherwise this browser would be number 1. Update: nevermind the extension thing. You can install all chrome extensions, so dark reader and no script, both a must for me, work perfectly.

I really enjoyed it actually that you can change the background of the app while you're using it to your own photos but their selection is excellent

I love my yandex browser. I like the UI & the tableau where I can add my favourite apps, I can use add-ons to have a better add blocker or if it's just to add ghostery too either way it gives me options. If yandex sticks too blocking trackers sky is the limit 👌🏻 I'll continue too support yandex always 😍

The Best Browser For Smart TVs By Far. It's not even close, Yandex is the only full browser i'm found for a smart tv. If you install Chrome/Firefox or anything else, you get a tiny phone version of their browser. Yandex offers bookmarks, shortcuts, full Media ability. It's offers twice what any other browser. Almost zero crashing either, unlike the constant crashing of other TV Browsers. It's made in Russia, which made me nervous. But i haven't noticed any sketchy stuff yet and i've used it for 6+ months. Good job to Yandex Devs.

Wish the extension is on top on the menu as we use it so often, so no need to scroll down.. Also would be even better if we can configure or pin spesific extension directlyin the menu, like hide/unhide or what it called..

I came a month later and now I see that the ability to disable zen has been disabled. I still have to find a background image with black at the top to hide the status bar.

@other frustrated users: you can retain your existing extensions through Yandex's breaking updates by backing up your /data/data/com.yandex.browser.alpha/app_chromium/default/ folder and then restoring that after an update removes your extensions and won't let you reinstall them. You may also need to restore ownership & permissions if doing this via ADB. Yandex is a 5-star browser scoring 1 star from me, for making me jump through these ridiculous hoops, just to retain existing functionality!

Settings for translation of Russian ads & pages don't work. Ads/vids playing and blocking screen content. Many app settings are for show and don't work.
