Best CRM i ever used. Have everything which one needs. Free version provides end numbers of features. Simply awesome. Thanks to zoho team for such great software, that also in free. 🙏

Difficult to use, needs to have an option of desktop view in my opinion, this would make the app much easier to navigate. Missing key features from the desktop version which renders the app a bit of minefield to navigate and work with.

Can't copy&paste info from other apps such as contact name, email, etc. My company doesn't allow an integration with Outlook so all info has to be manually entered. Need to copy&paste for the app to be useable.

Validating for several minutes at a time for numerous entries has become untenable. This app was so much better before the most recent update and it's almost become unusable.

Take the app when trying to sign in you have to use your email address when I tried logging in it kept on logging me out don't use it app it's awful don't recommend using the app I have not even got to log into it it's been 5-days and I've not tried on the 6th Day recommend using another app thank you for your time to read this information about this app.

Importing contacts has been a nightmare. The only thing I downloaded this app is to manage my contacts. Which I cannot.
