Crashes a lot and I'm starting to lose patience for it. I've been using Amazon for a long time but in recent years it just keeps crashing whenever I try to do something other than purchase or browse. I keep trying to edit my wish lists but I can only move/delete/edit 1 or 2 items before it crashes and I have reopen the app and go all the way back into my lisits to the item I was editing. I've put up with it for a few years now but I'm really starting to lose my patience. Please fix this.

The app has difficulty loading just about everything. I have a Galaxy S22, at home, new router and modem. My wireless devices all work fine. Other apps load in fine. It's the Amazon app. It's purely and only the Amazon app. Even after clearing caches it still takes forever to load anything. It even has trouble playing downloaded songs. This is a daily problem, too. Amazon is one of the biggest and wealthiest companies and it can't even get its own music app to work. Disgraceful.

You can find just about anything to buy. However, they changed the price of prime without notice of price change. And they got rid of FREE ups pickup for returns. Going to the store is very inconvenient when you work 3rd shift. Especially since it's their mistake. AND pretty much everywhere else has a 90 day return policy where as they only give you 30 which just isn't long enough.

I have never had problems with this app. I love their layout and unlike alot of apps, their updates and revamps are superb. For people who say 30 days to return isn't long enough, really? You've got to be kidding. Its a very generous return policy. Yes, they upped their Prime cost. And they did notify. Guess what? Everything is going up. Got to look at the positives. Great shipping, Prime Days, some music, some movies, some books. Ive been using Amazon 2 decades now. Show me a better deal.

Used to love this app.... But over the last few months it has gone down hill. The pages freeze on you as you brown through it and when you go to check your past orders it gets stuck in the rainbow loading screen and won't let you view it. Every once in a while it will pull up but 70 % of the time it doesn't. Very buggy. Please fix!

There are a few things I'd change. The "this or that" button placement is no good. I keep making a selection without meaning to while I'm scrolling down to view it. I notice that the preferred option is always the option on the right, may be an issue im not alone in experiencing. Some of the aspects of the Amazon account can only be managed from a desktop/laptop web browser still.... its 2022... Many of the features used to manage the account still feel hidden away in the app.

Obviously the app is fine for the most part but it'd be great if there was one of those three dot setting bars over recommended items or "continue shopping" items that allows you to say you're not interested or have a "do not recommend" option so they won't keep popping up. Thanks if you read the feed back, Amazon

Amazon shopping fails very often. I have to shop elsewhere because amazon refuses to take my search request without trying to talk me into something else instead. At least something else first. Suggestions are one thing, but I don't want to be hijacked away from my specific shopping purpose. They push items that are counterfeit that look like the original. They push higher price versions. They steer you away from appropriateness.

The Amazon shopping app for the most part has a smooth, sublime operational niche that most other shopping Apps don't have! It is certainly in the top of the list of all good shopping Apps. However it is not the best or best of the best but well on its way to one of those levels. I've experienced some frustrations with but for the most part my use of the app has been pleasurable,pleasing,pleasant and supreme. I despite it's faults I'd recommend it to the top 1% of the wealthy. Thumbs up! Way up.

Over the past few months my order page won't load and the keyboard won't stay on the screen when this happens so I can't search. Also, the app could use a GUI update. It's not hard to use, but something about it feels outdated. I miss Prime Now and being able to order from Fresh Tyme. Please develop a separate app for 2 hour grocery delivery.
