1. When I press the select all photos button, it should allow me to select all photos within that folder not just by date. 2. When I select videos and choose to create a new album for those videos, it won't create that album. And no, creating the album before adding photos doesn't work because it forces me to start all the way from the top and it doesn't let me pick folders from my device. And I have a lot photos/videos. It doesn't even create the new album that way either. Fix this please.

After the last update, I no longer have the option to filter my stuff by "animals". My dog of 15 years recently passed and I'm so frustrated that I have to go through each picture and video to find him. Yet there's an option to filter plants? Who even uses that? I'd bet the majority of users would prefer to have categories for dogs and cats. Other than that, this app is easy to use and I like the option that allows me to auto upload new pics/vids. It's also very easy to share high quality vids.

I, personally, love this app! Easy to open pics to edit. The options offered in editing I'm very fond of. Very easy to learn and use. I, particularly, had to take 100s of pics in relation to a legal situation w movers. Along with, b4/during building a deck. All were saved in my Amazon & Google photos. I've tried several photo editing apps but I've fallen in love with this one. Adding text and arrows, circling, etc for attorneys, arbitration and Federal complaints. Highly recommend!

I really like this app. All of my photos are downloaded without any issues. Unlike Google, Amazon photos does not want to limit my storage amount for photos. I would, however, wish Amazon would allow more videos to be uploaded. I have read several reviews on here about trying to categorize their photos in the app. What I do is make "Albums" in my gallery photos on my phone so when everything is uploaded, the photos will then be in their own albums in Amazon photos.

Works well as a sort of reliable backup for my photos. It works well providing a fun slideshow/screensaver on my tv when using Amazon Fire. However, as far as the screensaver be sure to delete any photos (in the Amazon photos app) that you wouldn't want to see. Otherwise, you & possibly others attached to that account will see all those "necessatity" photos you take (ex: receipts)

Recently the pics have been enlarglely zoomed in on a majority of the pictures that are uploaded, when at one point it was not. It would be nice to have this bug fixed as I would like to go back to viewing all of my pictures in its entirety and not the nostril or eyeball on someone's face. It's been this way for over a month already. FIX IT !!! I would give a 5 star, but not until the viewing of the pictures has been adjusted. There is no manuel way to do it in the app. Fix the problem!

If you have Amazon Prime you also have unlimited storage for all your photos. You can upload them manually and also let Amazon save them automatically from your phone. Another great service from Amazon! I think, but haven't checked this out yet, that you can also order hard copy prints, photo calendars, and other photo gift items. If so, then the photos would be convenient to order with Amazon's always excellent service.

It's good for the uploading most of the time. But a lot of the times it won't even upload small 10 sec videos. It keeps saying it's paused, waiting for wifi, yet my settings are set to upload using cellular data (which it never does). When I've talked to tech support, they tell me to uninstall and reinstall. Then it will work for a couple of weeks, then it is back to "uploading paused, waiting for wifi."
