I hope that have more function about it, and improve, I suggest maybe can add like double tap, it will become the torchlight, since the LED battery bar is so bright, it would very useful for humans life. Thank you

Terrible useless app. Its only use for the smoker is to change vibration settings. It doesn't tell how much you smoked. But it does track and send that info to the manufacturer. Check user agreement if in doubt. Since it is tracking usage, it could also easily provide that info to the user, like offer graphs, showing changes over time and also have a tapering mode where you would limit and gradually reduce your own consumption. But that could negativity impact their bottom line, I guess.

The app crashes all the time, lavk of way to quit without it leaving working in the ram, the moment i want to stop the app it crashes. When you start it again you need to set it up as a new start up. Aweful. Doesn't track and record the comsuption of sticks and and doesn't give you any info about your smoking habits.

No option to turn off holder vibration when charged after use. I thought it would give me some statistics or something useful, not just 3 on/off switches. 😬 You are not using 1% of the functionality. I want to know how much I smoke hourly, daily, weekly, monthly. Let's start from there. :)

It's still have its bugs, but its OK, i don't like that for IQOS DUO they don't have its animation, and i can only find it by location, I can't make my device to vibrate... (What if I lose it at my home...) I like the info app give me for my IQOS and that i can see the battery level in % :)

Is just ok. Gives me alert when it is ready to be used and since I have 3 due, it tells me its ready for second experience 😀. Once awhile it disconnects, so I have to unpaired. The good thing is when I click buy heets, takes me straight to website without logging in again. After the new updates, the option of locate my device no longer available. Five stars will be given if you could implement an option to see how many cigarettes consumed a day. 👍

I got the app to update the firmware on my device, seems to be the only way to solve the issues I'm having with it (there are no IQOS stores in my country). However, updates are not an option in the app, and after struggling for a few hours to try to do it on a computer, it was a disheartening find that the app couldn't either.

My iqos 2.4+ dont reconnect if i moved away from device. Rather useless. I was told i can set heat and vibrate settings..not the case App only works first time Not working when device is on charge Would have expected a bit more functionality seeing effort was put in to add Bluetooth Please add usage of smokes a day Charge/ smoketime Vibration intensity ...come now no use having it and it's only to see stores that stock or harldy stock heets lol App is buggy reconnecting

Not sure what's the purpose of this app. Installed, paired, had fun for 5 minutes and uninstalled. Also I see no reason to have it always running in the background, especially with all notifications disabled..

The app is extremely bad made. it lags all the time, you cannot do anything normal. You have to press couple of times at the same place, so you can actually trigger an action. Haven't seen such a bad app until now.
