Convenient and fast solution for getting around town. Easy to pay and tip through the app. Accurate estimated arrival times, and easy method to determine where driver is located. Different car options are nice to have. The app also lets you choose if you want to be social which is a nice touch. Overall a great experience.
I am very experienced with smartphones and computers, but this app is very error-prone. It has no clear option to set the pick up time. One has to find on the screen where current time is shown in small font and click on it. It makes it also very easy to confuse AM and PM as it shows both options in almost the same font. Please, make a simple walk-through interface. Put a button saying "Set time". Prompt user for AM or PM time.
Once ride is completed, the screen continues to show driver information as if the ride is still ongoing. It's been two weeks and it still shows the last driver. Ive deleted the app and reinstalled and I even tried updating. Nothing makes "stuck" screen go away. I can't use the app to request another ride. So I've been stuck using Lyft. This is the 4th time this has happened in a matter of months. Makes the app completely unusable.
